These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Made With Love Events, a sole proprietorship operated by Abby Crowder (“Made With Love Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and they govern your use of our website at made-with-love-events.pages.dev (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the website, not your event
These Terms apply to your use of this Site only. They are not a contract for wedding or event services. If you book us, our planning, coordination, and floral services are provided under a separate written services agreement signed by you and Made With Love Events, and that agreement — not this Site — governs those services, including pricing, deliverables, payment, cancellation, and refunds. Nothing on this Site is an offer, guarantee, or binding commitment to provide services, and submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or contract.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about us and to send us an inquiry. When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site;
- Copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute our content without our written permission; or
- Submit false information or another person’s information without their permission.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, page designs, layouts, graphics, logos, and the “Made With Love Events” name — are owned by Made With Love Events or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Photographs on this Site are the property of Made With Love Events, the photographers who created them, or the couples featured, and are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, download, or use any content from the Site for your own or a third party’s commercial purposes without our prior written consent. If you are a photographer or couple and believe your work has been used incorrectly, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Inquiries and information you submit
When you submit an inquiry or otherwise contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Our inquiry form is provided through a third-party platform (Aisle Planner), and your use of that form is also subject to that platform’s terms.
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to, or content from, third-party websites and services (such as Aisle Planner, Instagram, and Zola). We provide these for your convenience and do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” for general informational purposes. While we work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the Site’s accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability, and we disclaim all such warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Photographs and examples of past work are for illustration and do not guarantee any particular result for your event.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made With Love Events and Abby Crowder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or damage, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. This section relates to the Site; any liability related to our services is governed by our separate services agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Made With Love Events and Abby Crowder from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Made With Love Events is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Because we serve clients across the country, we ask that, before taking any formal action, you first contact us at the details below so we can try to resolve any concern informally and in good faith — that is almost always the fastest path for everyone.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
